This website is operated by Era & Co Home, a trade name of Lindvall and Company LLC, Kirkland, Washington. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Era & Co Home. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the site.

Using the site

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use this site, and you may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell or resell any part of the service without our written permission, and not to transmit any worms, viruses or destructive code.

Products and pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice, and we may modify or discontinue any product at any time. We've made every effort to display our products accurately, but we can't guarantee your monitor renders colors exactly. Natural materials vary: wood grain, leather and fabric differ from piece to piece, and color shifts between production runs. Dimensions are given to the nearest stated unit and are subject to ordinary manufacturing tolerance.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, and to cancel an order where a product was listed at an incorrect price or described in error. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund you in full. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Availability

An item can occasionally sell out between your order and our fulfillment. If that happens we'll contact you and either hold the order until it's back or refund you in full, your choice.

Delivery, returns and risk

Delivery is set out in our shipping policy and returns in our refund policy, both of which form part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

The site may include content or links from third parties. We're not responsible for third-party materials and aren't liable for any harm related to your use of them.
